Family houses
Close to the village square is a collection of modern houses with an atrium and private garden, designed by McGarry-Moon Architects from Northern Ireland. Sizes range from 295 sqm to 413 sqm. The prices of houses starting from 42,2m CZK, including VAT.
The family houses obtained the final residential occupancy permit in December, 2021.
